Six Reasons Participants Choose Sinar Wealth
No Sales Agenda
We are an education provider only. Our income comes from course fees — not product referrals, fund commissions, or advisory mandates. Nothing we teach is shaped by financial incentives beyond the course itself.
Pacing Built for Adults
Courses span four to eight weeks with structured weekly sessions. The material moves carefully, leaving time for reflection and questions. No one is left behind because the pace was set for a younger, faster-moving audience.
Singapore-Specific Throughout
Content is grounded in Singapore's CPF structure, HDB mortgage system, MAS regulatory framework, and local tax considerations. There are no generic templates adapted from overseas programmes.
Small Cohort Commitment
Each intake is capped at twelve participants. This is a structural commitment, not a marketing phrase. It means instructors know participants individually and questions receive considered responses.
Materials You Keep
Every course includes printed workbooks, calculation exercises, and a personal summary document. These are yours to keep and return to long after the course concludes — designed as lasting reference, not disposable handouts.
Qualified, Current Instructors
Instructors hold CPF licensing, financial advisory credentials, or WSQ-recognised adult education qualifications. Content is reviewed each semester against current regulatory updates from CPF Board and MAS.
In Depth
A Closer Look at Each Advantage
Professional Expertise
Our instructors come from working careers in CPF advisory, financial planning, and asset management. Their expertise is not academic — it comes from years of advising real clients through decisions very similar to those our participants face.
- Former CPF Board advisor with 14 years' experience
- CAIA-certified portfolio instructor
- WSQ-accredited adult education specialist
Course Process and Structure
Each course follows a deliberate arc: foundational concepts in early weeks, applied exercises in the middle weeks, and a final session that connects everything to your own situation. Nothing is left as abstract theory.
- Weekly progressive session structure
- Workbook exercises applied to participant's own finances
- Personal summary document at course close
Customer Service and Support
Participants can reach instructors by email for up to three months after course completion with clarifying questions on course content. Our office in Tanjong Pagar is staffed Monday to Saturday and enquiries are usually answered within one working day.
- Three-month post-course instructor access
- Responsive enquiry handling (1 business day)
- In-person attendance options available
Value and Transparent Pricing
Course fees cover all materials, workbooks, and post-course access. There are no add-ons and no upselling during or after the course. What you see on the course page is the complete cost.
- All-inclusive fee (materials, workbooks, post-course access)
- No upselling or add-on purchases during courses
- Courses from S$400 — priced to be accessible
Outcomes and Results
Participants leave with documented workbooks covering their own household, CPF, and portfolio situation. The courses do not promise specific financial outcomes — but they consistently produce participants who understand their options and can make decisions with more clarity.
- Documented personal financial summary at completion
- Practical CPF projection and review tools
- Sustainable quarterly review habits established

Distinct Qualities
Features Found Only at Sinar Wealth
The Personal Finance Summary Document
At the close of each course, participants complete a structured personal summary document covering their household, CPF position, or portfolio — depending on the course. This is a working document, not a certificate. It is built to be used.
Live Portfolio Review Sessions
In the Portfolio Review course, participants bring their own portfolio summary. Under instructor guidance, they work through it using the framework taught during the course. No other provider in Singapore offers this format for retail learners.
CPF-Licensed Specialist Q&A Session
The CPF and SRS Planning course includes a dedicated Q&A session with a CPF-licensed specialist — not just a general instructor. Participants can ask specific questions about their own CPF situation in a small group setting.
Quarterly Review Routine
The Portfolio Review course concludes with a personalised quarterly review routine — a simple, documented process participants can follow independently after the course ends. The aim is lasting habit, not course dependency.
